Yoga Classes for SENIORS

CLASSES ARE​:

  • Conducted as one on one private classes or small group classes

  • Tought in a safe, gentle and slow-pace mode

  • Personalised to student's needs, preferences and existing health and physical conditions

  • Class can be focused on stretching, strength, breathing, meditation and use of variouse Yoga Therapy methods. 

  • Methods of Chair Yoga used if needed.
